Our family plan to have a tour in Taiwan maybe next year. We hope that the weather will be great during our trip. When is the raining season? Which period would be the best traveling time?

My sister came for bike riding in eastern Taiwan (Hualien) last November and it kept raining… 
But of course it’s cooler in winter as summer in Taiwan is pretty hot.

I recommend winter, there are nice hot spring in north Taiwan. For example, Wulai and Beitou.

Anytime other then August, typhoon always come at August.

Cooler is better. I heard that summer in Taiwan is totally hot and humid. 
Sounds great! I will try that when traveling around Taiwan.
I think autumn and spring is the best time to travel in Taiwan.
